bow making Workshop
Join us for this 5-day workshop at Badger Creek Ranch high in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. You can either choose a residential package which includes lodging and all meals, or you can choose a non-residential option which includes lunch.
Learn to craft a bow using hand tools in the style of an Eastern Woodlands Native tradition. Your teacher, Lonnie Hamilton (above), was taught by a Muscogee (Creek) Bowmaster, Mike Berryhill.
You will craft your personal bow from an Osage Orange stave, and by the end of the workshop, you’ll be shooting your bow.
