If you are someone that identifies as a woman with “she” or “she/they” pronouns, here’s your unique personal growth opportunity in the majestic setting of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. You can honor your true self by bringing her into the light with all your gifts and strengths in a safe, experiential, natural setting. Our time together is a blend of teaching and experiential learning with horses and nature (all time with the horses is groundwork and involves no riding – no horse experience is necessary to participate).

Facilitators:
Chrissy McFarren is the director of Badger Creek Ranch, LLC (which she and her husband, Dave, own). Chrissy is the founder of Full Circle Alliance, a 501c3 that supports the educational mission of the ranch by providing regenerative agriculture events, retreats and an internship program for the next generation of land stewards. Besides being dedicated to the healing process of open range lands, Chrissy is also dedicated to the personal growth and healing of humans.
Chrissy is a Certified Shadow Work® Facilitator and has been a facilitator of the Women in Power initiation since 2006. She has led and co-led a variety of workshops and retreats for women and men over the last 20+ years. Chrissy is also the founder of a unique model of Shadow Work® called Shadow Work® Through the Way of the Horse, which is offered at Badger Creek Ranch in Colorado.
Gretchen Kainz is committed to living a full, meaningful, and purpose-driven life. She is a courageous adventurer and is willing to explore almost any challenge -physically and emotionally. Her core values include integrity, curiosity, authenticity, transparency, and gratitude. Her mission is to support other humans in their self-exploration towards living their best lives, and she’s willing to go as deep in it as they are. Although Gretchen occasionally drops the “f-bomb”, she is highly-qualified and skilled in conflict engagement, communication, and Shadow Work®. She has trained and facilitated groups of all kinds of people internationally and throughout the U.S. Gretchen is a professional coach, has a master’s degree, and has run 20-something marathons. And, bonus! -she also likes to give high-fives because they’re fun!
