Women’s Wilderness Journey
There are times in our lives that require intentional “retreat” into the wilderness in order to fall in love with ourselves and re-discover our purpose. This is that retreat. Join us for this 5-day journey into the wilderness of the Rocky Mountains of central Colorado, where you can participate in your own sacred initiation. This journey includes horseback riding, camping, wisdom circles, learning about Shadow Work®, and the exploration of our inner and outer wilderness. Our intention is that you will leave this retreat with new tools in your toolbox to navigate your life.

Workshop facilitation/tuition fee: We do not set a specific tuition fee. We choose to trust in your thoughtfulness, generosity, and in the value of the training. We will ask at the end of the retreat for a contribution based on your value received, ability to pay, and desire to support the work we are offering in the world.

Facilitators:
Cris Lindsay is a Professional Life Coach, writer, author, inspirational speaker, and educator. She also has many years of experience in the field of Equine Assisted Learning and has authored and facilitated a variety of custom programs and retreats in the areas of personal growth, leadership, and self-awareness.
Cris is an entrepreneur, owning her own businesses since 1988. Her life experiences include learning through childhood trauma, single parenting, surviving cancer, supporting others in addiction recovery, caring for aging parents and the very profound and personal lessons that these events can offer us. She has spent her life serving others and was featured as an honored guest on the Oprah Show.
Cris is a deeply caring person, is easy to talk to, and has a down to earth personality, void of pretense. She is the real deal, authentic, a good listener and possesses a good sense of humor.
Cris’ passion and purpose in life is to express the fullness of her own authenticity and to help others. Simple as that.
Chrissy McFarren has been a Certified Shadow Work® Group facilitator since 2006. She has also been a facilitator at the Women in Power initiation trainings, and she has led and co-led a variety of workshops and retreats for women. Her greatest joy is founding her unique model of Shadow Work® called Shadow Work® Through the Way of the Horse, which offers retreats at Badger Creek Ranch in Colorado. Chrissy possesses the energy of a deep healer, with a powerful grounding energy of Mother Earth and the sense of realness of a woman who has done her work. Now she shares her wisdom in order to help others on their path.
